Forwardity Ltd. ("Forwardity", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
Overview
NOTIME is designed with privacy as a core principle. The application performs its analysis entirely on your device.
Operational Flight Plans (OFPs), generated briefings, and associated application data remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, or delete them.
Information We Collect
NOTIME does not require user accounts.
Forwardity does not collect, receive, access, store, or process the contents of your Operational Flight Plans. The optional Voice Dispatcher sends only a structured summary of weather and NOTAM facts and route ICAO codes to our AI voice provider while you are on a Call Dispatch session that you start and consent to (see “Data the App Sends” below).
Forwardity does not collect personal information for advertising or marketing purposes, and there are no advertising or tracking identifiers.
Forwardity does not sell or rent your data. Aside from the limited data described in “Data the App Sends” below, we do not share your data with third parties.
On-Device Processing
All analysis of your Operational Flight Plans is performed locally on your device. Your OFP file and its raw text, your route, and any crew identity are never uploaded. The optional online features described in “Data the App Sends” below transmit only limited, specified data.
FTL Check: all flight time limitation calculations are performed entirely on your device. The times, duty details, and crew information you enter are used only to display results on screen and are not transmitted, stored on any server, or shared with any third party. Report summaries you generate exist only as text on your device until you choose to copy, print, or share them yourself.
Data the App Sends
Voice Dispatcher (optional AI voice feature). Only if you start a “Call Dispatch” session and accept the in-app consent prompt, your microphone audio is streamed to ElevenLabs, and a structured summary of your loaded flight’s weather and NOTAM facts and route ICAO codes is sent so the AI assistant can brief you — never your flight number, callsign, airline, or crew identity. ElevenLabs processes this under its own privacy policy. NOTIME does not record or store your call audio; the transcript stays on your device. You can use NOTIME fully without ever starting a call.
Ground charts and chart feedback. The app requests public airport chart geometry from our Cloudflare host and, for airports not yet in our set, from OpenStreetMap. If an airport or taxiway is missing, it sends only the ICAO code (and taxiway/NOTAM reference), app version, and aircraft-type label so we can add it. No OFP content, route, or crew identity is included.
Upper-wind overlay. To draw the jet-stream overlay, the app requests upper-wind forecast data for the approximate map area (a latitude/longitude box) around your route from our Cloudflare service. Only that map area is sent.
Pilot Threats (Beta, optional). If you choose to submit a short operational-awareness note, the app sends the airport/route ICAO scope, the note text you type, an anonymous randomly generated device ID, and your flight reference (e.g. “EK316”). Notes are shared with other users on the same airport or route and may be moderated or removed. You can use NOTIME without this feature.
Purchases and Subscriptions
NOTIME offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (NOTIME Pro, monthly or yearly). All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Forwardity does not receive or store your name, billing address, or payment card details.
Your purchase entitlement is verified on-device through Apple's StoreKit framework. A record of whether Pro is active is stored locally on your device, and free-tier usage counts are stored locally and never transmitted to Forwardity.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time in your device Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Data Storage
Operational Flight Plans and generated briefings are stored locally on your device.
You remain in full control of your data and may delete it at any time by removing the files, clearing the app's local storage, or uninstalling the application.
Diagnostics
If you choose to enable Apple's crash reporting or diagnostic services, anonymous technical information may be provided directly to Apple under Apple's own Privacy Policy.
Forwardity does not receive the contents of your Operational Flight Plans through these reports.
Aviation Use
NOTIME is intended as an informational and situational awareness aid for qualified aviation professionals. It is not an official aviation source and must not be used as a substitute for official flight documentation, company procedures, regulatory requirements, or pilot judgment.
Children's Privacy
NOTIME is intended for use by qualified aviation professionals and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Service Providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting and data endpoints), ElevenLabs (AI voice, only during a Call Dispatch session), Apple (purchases via the App Store), and public aeronautical/mapping sources including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Each receives only the limited data described above.
International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process the limited data described above on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the providers’ own safeguards. Data processed on your device is not transferred.
Your Rights
Because NOTIME has no account and does not collect names or contact details, most data either stays on your device or is anonymous. Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with you. To remove a Pilot Threats note you submitted, contact us with the note; to remove all locally stored data, delete the app. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published on this page together with an updated Effective Date.
